Sporting Idols is able to support charitable and sporting organisations raise money in a number of different ways.

Supply of items for auction.

Sporting Idols will supply items for open or silent auctions on a RISK FREE basis. How this works is that we will supply the item with our reserve price attached. Once the item exceeds the reserve price at auction, then all of the excess between the winning bid and the reserve price is retained by the charity or sporting organisation. If the bid does not exceed the reserve price, then the item is simply returned to Sporting Idols AT NO COST.

We also ensure that we give you awesome service to help this part of your fundraising effort raise as much as possible. We will personally go through with your fundraising co-ordinator a range of items so that the most appropriate items can be chosen for your event.

We will also always try and provide support for the charity, either by providing an item of free stock or by taking an advert in your brochure for the event.

Sporting Idols events

Look out for our Sporting Idol “legend golf days” where we will organise golf days where great Sporting Idols will participate in golf days. If your charity would like us to arrange a golf day as part of your fundraising calendar, then please contact us at charities@sportingidols.com

Sporting Idols auction site

We shall shortly be launching our own auction web site, and are happy to run auction days on the site in support of particular charities. Once again, this would work by Sporting Idols providing the items for the site with the reserve price attached. The excess between the bid price and the reserve price, less our normal commercial commission rates will all be retained by the charity.
