| FAQ - Customer Service Standards |
Sporting Idols commit to the following service standards:
- All enquiries will be responded to within 24 hours during the trading week. The office is open from 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday – Friday.
- All confirmed orders will be fulfilled within 28 days of confirmation unless otherwise notified.
- If we are unable to meet your requirements, we will always say so, giving you the reason why.
